What Is Fingerprinting?

Fingerprinting is the use of biometric technologies to verify a person’s identity using their fingerprints. This process is commonly employed for criminal background checks, employment screenings, or security clearances. The technician uses fingerprint scanners or ink pads to capture clear and detailed prints of each finger, ensuring accuracy. These prints are then analyzed and compared to databases for identification purposes. Mobile fingerprinting by a trained technician is a secure and convenient way to verify a person’s identity and conduct thorough background checks, making it crucial in various fields, including law enforcement, employment, and security to ensure safety and integrity.
